In Peril on the Crimson Planet, the characters find themselves thrust across the cosmos onto a strange world. Abandoned to their fate under the sickening rays of a sick sun, the PCs must survive at least as much through their quick wits as through their blades. For even the strongest chainmail will not be able to withstand the fury of a savage horde of aliens.This level 4 exploration adventure, taking place across a vast territory spanning several hundred kilometers, will confront the party with foreign deserts, the predators that reside there, deadly fungal jungles, and factions of thousands of savage beastmen trapped in an endless war.
Gameplay
As the PCs explore the map's hexes, they will have the opportunity to take control of their own war horde or force the factions to fight each other, explore ancient burial mounds or uphold ancestral taboos, and experiment with deadly artifacts left over from the Last War. How the PCs solve these challenges will unlock the secrets that will allow them to return home, or end up buried beneath the desert sands of the purple planet.Technical sheet
