Since 2005, Matagot has been committed to giving each game its own universe and sophisticated gameplay. This independent french publisher is based in the city of wines, Bordeaux, and has developed flagship hits such as River Dragons, Captain SONAR, Takenoko, Room 25 or Kyoto no Neko. Matagot's editorial line is resolutely generalist and offers a varied range of games, with new original creations every year. According to south-western French folklore, a matagot, or Silver Cat, is an evil spirit embodied in a black cat, that brings wealth to its owner if properly fed and kept.
