Hawkmoon, the role-playing game adaptation of Michael Moorcock's work!
Hawkmoon is a fantasy role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic Europe that has reverted to medieval times, as described in a series of novels by Michael Moorcock. This world is the stage for a merciless battle between the legions of the Dark Granbreton Empire and groups of rebels fighting for freedom.
The setting is a Europe scarred by the events of the "Tragic Millennium," which led the world into a new Middle Ages, illuminated by technologies sometimes more advanced than those of our time.
A new game in the post-apocalyptic fantasy universe of Hawkmoon
Hawkmoon is an entirely new game, based on Moorcock's novels and not on previous editions. Players will take on the roles of resistance fighters against Granbreton oppression. Alongside their brothers and sisters in arms, they will form a secret cell determined to fight to defend what the Granbreton yoke seeks to deny them: freedom!
The core rulebook contains everything you need to start playing: an overview of Europe during the Tragic Millennium, with a focus on France; a description of the Granbreton conquest and living conditions under the occupier's rule; a complete game system: character and Cell creation, combat management, rules for creating technological items, equipment, etc.
