Universe

Summit: The Board Game is a survival game which, thanks to its two-sided game board and variable mechanisms, can be played competitively, cooperatively or solo.

Gameplay

In competitive mode, players race to climb and descend the deadly mountain, managing their resources, building their route, overcoming obstacles, and trying to outlast their rivals. Summit uses a unique Karma system that can help you or slow down your opponents. However, your score on the Karma Time track is based on how you play the "Take That!" cards: gaining points by sharing resources or helping another climber; or losing points by cutting their rope or pushing them down the mountain.

In cooperative or solo modes, players must now work together to conquer the mountain and survive their expedition. Summit is so challenging that only one team member needs to survive the ascent and descent, so players can sacrifice themselves for the good of the team. These modes are enhanced with a "Sherpa" track, a "Time of Day" track, and a new deck of event cards.

With over 190 unique cards, nearly 100 tiles, unique resource management, asymmetrical and double-sided player boards, and the ability to customize your difficulty and game length, Sommet guarantees you'll never play the same game twice!
